Loreto secondary school balbriggan
Loreto Secondary School Balbriggan is an all girls Catholic secondary school. In spirit with Mary Ward, Loreto Balbriggan aim to develop all the abilities of their students in order that they realise their full potential and use their talents for service of others. Loreto Balbriggan also aims to encourage self-confidence and self-esteem in a happy atmosphere and structured environment.
I attended Loreto Secondary School Balbriggan in October 2024 to teach art to its students for 10 weeks. During this placement I taught 11 - 12 hours a week. I taught practical art to 1st, 2nd years, visual studies to 5th years, as well as team teaching 4th years for their Junk Kouture project.
